Tom joined D-Fend almost two years ago. After graduating from the Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University, Tom spent many years working at a business whose focus was defense contracting, primarily in Central and Latin America. He kept pushing his career forward, working with a provider of wireless RF mesh solutions and a laser company (focused on the detection and identification of narcotics and explosives), which
eventually drove him to D-Fend Solutions. Tom acts as a bridge between the company’s R&D and Sales teams, delivering in-depth information and data about the technical features of the EnforceAir solution in a way that brings positive impressions and impacts the overall sales process.
“I enjoy being the ‘face’ of the company, traveling and interacting with customers across the globe, as I can further solidify D-Fend’s stance as a leader in the counter-UAS field. During my free time, just as I started 20 years ago, I play ice hockey and soccer, and bring music to society with my piano and guitar skills.”
Tom continues to support D-Fend’s growth and development in the market, while asserting our spot as a world-class leader in the c-UAS market!
Zohar Halachmi, D-Fend Solutions’ Chairman and CEO, joined Dawn Zoldi to discuss the benefits of counter-drone, cyber-centric technology across a variety of environments, and how, unlike traditional approaches, a next-generation technology combats rogue drones like "computer viruses with propellers."
In this Clubhouse podcast, Zohar Halachmi and Dawn Zoldi discuss today’s drone situation and how to protect the airspace with a proper counter-UAS cyber solution.
